Becci SullivanChief Executive OfficerBecci Sullivan is a proud member of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Osni Ponca, LLC. With over 20 years of Tribal Council and Tribal Administrative experience, as well as a background in management and analytics, Becci brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Wayne State College and two master’s degrees: one in Business Administration and another in Business Management from Bellevue University. Becci is also currently pursuing a PhD in Business Management, furthering her commitment to academic and professional growth.
Throughout her career, Becci has been instrumental in guiding the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska through strategic and operational development. Her leadership extends beyond administrative duties, having served in various influential roles within the Tribe, including Councilwoman, Acting Chair/Vice Chairwoman, and Chairwoman. As the first woman elected as Chairwoman, Becci focused on enhancing the Tribe’s public image, strengthening government relationships, and ensuring financial sustainability. Becci’s dedication to community development, strategic planning, and organizational leadership has made her a pivotal force within the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska. She continues to lead Osni Ponca, LLC, with a focus on ensuring progress, growth, and self-sufficiency for the Tribe and its members. |
Chris ArmitageControllerChris Armitage serves as the Controller for Osni Ponca, LLC, bringing over 30 years of operations experience in small businesses and nonprofits. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and has developed extensive expertise in accounting, human resources, business operations, strategic planning, and marketing throughout her career.
In her current role, Chris oversees payroll, financial reporting, accounts payable, and billing/collections while ensuring fiscal accountability and operational efficiency. Her human resources experience includes hiring, training, staff evaluations, and managing employee benefits such as health insurance. Previously, Chris held leadership roles that showcased her ability to streamline operations and implement strategic initiatives. As Vice President of Operations at NUBiiS, she was responsible for managing business operations, accounting, and human resources. Her tenure as Manager/Administrator at SouthPointe Dermatology included spearheading the opening of three satellite clinics, implementing Allscripts technology, and refining policy and procedure manuals. Additionally, she managed marketing campaigns and ensured seamless patient care across departments. Chris has also contributed to the non-profit sector, serving as a Foundation Assistant where she prepared financial statements, facilitated grant distributions, and supported endowment and fundraising projects. She is skilled in building management, overseeing leasing, repairs, and accounting, as well as coordinating club activities, fundraising, and publications. Her technical skills include account reconciliation, general ledgers, ADP payroll systems, financial analysis, budgeting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Outside of her professional work, Chris founded the Small Wonders Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged individuals. She is passionate about using her expertise to drive positive change and deliver measurable results for the organizations she serves. Chris lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, and continues to play a key role in advancing the mission of Osni Ponca, LLC. |
Tom McCauleyGrants ManagerTom McCauley serves as the Grants Manager for the Ponca Economic Development Corporation (PEDCO). With over a decade of experience in grant writing, grantmaking, and grants management, Tom is dedicated to supporting PEDCO’s mission of fostering long-term sufficiency for the citizens of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska. He is focused on creating opportunities that improve the quality of life for all Native Americans, with a strong emphasis on stimulating economic growth and self-sufficiency through business and employment opportunities.
Before joining PEDCO, Tom held various roles, including grant writer for the nonprofit AIM Institute, grants manager for the Nebraska Arts Council, and copywriter at the digital advertising agency Phenomblue. He also taught creative writing and contemporary literature at UMass Amherst and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and wrote grants and speeches for the City of Omaha Mayor’s Office. In addition to his career in the nonprofit and government sectors, Tom is an accomplished writer and musician. His work has been featured in prominent literary journals, and he is a Pushcart Prize-nominated author. His essay, “Introductory Element Comma Independent Clause: a Study of the Moon and Bees,” received an honorable mention in The Best American Essays 2021 anthology. Tom is also a recipient of the 2018 Joseph Langland Prize from the Academy of American Poets for his poem “People Are Not Lights.” He holds an MFA in writing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. |
Jerry SieckAccounting AssistantJerry Sieck serves as the Accounting Assistant for OSNI Ponca, LLC, bringing over 50 years of diverse experience in operations, financial management, and leadership across major corporations, small businesses, consulting services, and state government. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and has a strong background in financial operations, business administration, and organizational management. Additionally, Jerry served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves for 16 years, demonstrating his commitment to leadership and service.

Troy SpencerOffice ManagerTroy Spencer currently serves as the Office Manager for Osni Ponca, LLC, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. Before assuming this position, he worked in the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska’s enrollment department for four years, where he gained valuable experience in tribal administration and member services.
Prior to his tenure with the tribe, Troy built a strong foundation in leadership and management as a general manager for a restaurant franchise. His diverse professional background reflects his dedication to organizational efficiency and team collaboration. As a proud member of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska, Troy is committed to contributing to the tribe’s growth and success. |
Sherri WilkinsonManager, Ponca Smoke SignalsSherri Wilkinson has been with Ponca Smoke Signals since July 2016, bringing over 30 years of management experience and 11 years of retail expertise to her role. As the manager of both Ponca Smoke Signals locations in Carter Lake, IA, and Crofton, NE, Sherri is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing staff to achieve business goals.
Her extensive background in management, combined with her hands-on experience in the retail industry, allows Sherri to drive operational efficiency, foster team collaboration, and maintain a strong presence within the community. Under her leadership, Ponca Smoke Signals continues to thrive as a key business entity for the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska. |
